Abstract

The purpose of this report is to identify key vegetation management research needs in the southern Interior and to outline a framework for synthesizing the research results into operationally useful tools. This report was prepared following a review of available documents, field tours in the southern interior, and discussions with field and research staff. It is intended that this strategy will form the basis for a long-term program of vegetation management research in the southern Interior.
