The roads in the Hoeya creek and Lull creek watersheds were risk assessed with four objectives in mind: 1) Stability: is the existing road stable with respect to potential landslides or sedimentation? Is it likely to remain stable over time? 2) Water Management: Are drainage structures present in the road? If so, are they appropriately located, properly constructed and maintained, and functional? Are they likely to deteriorate and cause potential landslides or sedimentation? 3) Site Productivity: Will significant site be lost due to potential landslides? 4) Aquatic Habitat: will downslope or downstream aquatic habitat be affected by potential landslides?
