|The objective of the project was to remove a large logjam on a tributary to Taite Creek 1.83 km upstream of Arrow Lake. Taite Creek is known to have resident and adfluvial populations of rainbow and bull trout. Kokanee are known to use the creek for spawning. By restoring the channel, 1.4 km of habitat would be accessible to migrating fish. Other significant values that were protected by restoring the channel include access structures, recreational facilities on Arrow Lake and water quality in a domestic watershed.|
The project area is not located within a community watershed.
