Assess Demand
The District Manager should maintain a record of applications for woodlot
licences in the district.
Assess Availability
The District Manager should identify areas suitable for woodlot licences
during district planning processes and maintain a list of potential woodlot licence
opportunities.
District Plan
The District Manager should maintain a plan for advertising woodlot licence
opportunities that considers:
- demand for woodlot licences
- availability of suitable areas
- district staff and financial resources
 Indicate changes in policy since previous revision
