On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded in grey on the maps on file with the Corporate Infortnation Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name YEK_PT13_20071031 is specified as the Yekooche Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending September 30, 2011. |
