SPECIAL FOREST PRODUCTS REGULATION
B.C. Reg. 241/2003
 
Effective June 20, 2003


  Interpretation
  1   The following are designated to be special forest products under section 1 of the Forest Act:
      (a) Christmas trees,
      (b) firewood,
      (c) mining timbers,
      (d) stakes and sticks,
      (e) cants,
      (f) posts and rails (split and round),
      (g) shake and shingle bolts, blocks and blanks, and
      (h) shakes.
 
Note: This regulation replaces B.C. Reg. 355/87.
