On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that |

(a) |
B.C. Reg. 15/2007 is repealed, and |
| |
(b) |
the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the map on file with the Spatial Analysis Branch, GeoBC, Miistry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name MPB_Salvage_Area3_20080625, is designated under section 14.1 of the Forest Act as the Mountain Pine Beetle Salvage Area No. 3 for a period of 10 years. |
