MAA-NULTH DESIGNATED AREA

  Executive Council Chambers, Victoria
      On the recommenation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
  (a) B.C. Reg. 152/2005 is repealed, and
  (b) it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name MNA-PT13-FA-20070307 is specified as the Maa-nulth Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending March 31, 2010.
