On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it being in the public interest, Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the map on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name LIL_PT13_20070601 is specified as the Lillooet Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act  for a period ending October 31, 2009. |
