Specifying Designated Areas - Regulations - Forest Act

In-SHUCK-ch DESIGNATED AREA NO. 3

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lietenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

  1. the In-SHUCK-ch Designated Area No. 2 Regulation, B.C. Reg. 256/2009, is repealed, and
  2. it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Spatial Analysis Branch, GeoBC, Integrated Land Management Bureau, with the file name
    INS-PT13-No3-20100812, is specified as the In-SHUCK-ch Designated Area No. 3 under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending August 31, 2013.
