      On the recommenation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name S2S_Phase1_PT13_20070901 is specified as the Sea to Sky Phase 1 Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending October 31, 2010.
