  Executive Council Chambers, Victoria
      On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
  (a) B.C. Reg. 151/2005 is repealed, and
  (b) it being in the public interest, NEWthe Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name LTN_PT13_AIP_20080214 is specified as the Lheidli T'enneh AIP Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending March 31, 2010.NEW
