In-SHUCK-ch DESIGNATED AREA NO. 2

  Executive Council Chambers, Victoria
     

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

  1. the In-SHUCK-ch AIP Designated Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 256/2006, is repealed, and
  2. it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Spatial Analysis Branch, GeoBC, Integrated Land Management Bureau, with the file name
    INS-PT13-No2-20090805, is specified as the In-SHUCK-ch Designated Area No. 2 under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending August 31, 2013.
