      On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name INS-PT13-AIP_20060710 is specified as the In-SHUCK-ch AIP Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending March 31, 2010.
