      On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it being in the public interest, Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded in grey on the maps on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name QCI_PT13_NO4_20080509 is specified as the Haida Gwaii/Queen Charlotte Islands Designated Area No. 4 under section 169 of the Forest Act for a period ending December 31, 2009.
