      On the recommendation of the undersigned the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
  (a) B .C. Reg. 122/2006 is repealed, and
  (b) it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Corporate Information Services Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands with the file name QCI_PT13_NO3_20060707 is specified as the Haida Gwaii/Queen Charlotte Islands Designated Area No. 3 under section 169 of the Forest Act NEWfor a period ending December 31, 2009.NEW
