(1) |
A person who contravenes section 37 (3), 38 (4), 62 (6), 73 or 76 (1) commits an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding $500 000 or to imprisonment for not more than 2 years or to both. |

A person who contravenes section 18 (1), 19 (2), 24 (1) or (2), 37 (2) or 38 (3) commits an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding $100 000 or to imprisonment for not more than one year or to both. |

A person who contravenes section 33, 34, 35, 82 (2) (f), 85 (1) (b) or (d) or (2) or 86 (2) commits an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding $5 000 or to imprisonment for not more than 6 months or to both. |
