Division 4 - Definition of Provincial Protected Areas

Provincial protected areas

47.1 For the purposes of section 70 of the Act, the following are Provincial protected areas:

(a) a park or recreation area as defined in the Park Act;

(b) an ecological reserve established under the Ecological Reserve Act, or;

(c) an area of Crown land referred to in section 6 (1) of the Park Act;
