Objectives:
Experimental Design: Treatments: Four grass species were used alone and in simple combinations.
There are three 50 m by 50 m blocks, each divided into five 10 m strips running N-S and five 10 m strips running E-W. Each strip was sown with a randomly selected species. The study was planted with spruce and 10 seedlings in each plot were randomly selected for assessment. A plot is the intersection of one N-S strip and one E-W strip.
