HBS Service Outage:

Note that these dates are tentative - an update will be posted when these dates have been finalized.


Every effort will be made to reduce the duration of the outage. An update will be posted as soon as HBS is available after the outage.


REASON: Implementation of Release 19


BENEFITS: Implementation of 15 repairs and enhancements including:




  • The default for the ‘Delete Unused Strata’ on Copy a Sampling Plan (P896) and Create Plan from Actuals (P897) screens checkbox is now unchecked.


  • Various screens and reports for the District Default Rates have been repaired and enhanced.


  • The rate source for each segregation will be displayed on the Piece Scale Summary Returns Segregations (P055) and the Weight Scale Summary Returns Segregations (P105).


  • For users with the Ministry Scaling Administrator role, the default choice for scaling criteria group on the scale returns, Late Submissions and Scale Event Anomalies search screens has been changed from ‘Single Site’ to ‘Sites in Associated Districts’.
