The migration of FSPTS 1.3 release is scheduled for this time.
The FSPTS release will include the enhancements and fix bugs reported in the previous release. Details of the enhancements and bugs fixed are listed below.

- Add FRPA 197 Election indicator. This indicator will specify whether the licensee has elected to roll over existing cut blocks that were created under the authority of the Forest Practices Code (FPC) act. The addition of this indicator requires a data model change and an FSP schema change.

- FSP 100 Search – The search screen will clear previous search results when the screen is accessed via a sub search button in the tombstone

- FSP 100 Search – The ‘FSP Status’ label was changed to ‘Status’

- FSP 100 Search - FSP Status field now defaults to blank for all user roles except View and View All. For View and View All roles, the system defaults the Status field to Approved and disables the field

- FSP 250 Standards View - The ‘Reject Note’ field on this screen has been changed to display the rejection reason entered in FSP when the Standard was rejected as part of an original FSP or amendment rejection.

- Change to wording of errors presented when the user attempts to submit without adding new information for the section of the FSP indicated for change on the FSP 301 Amendment Information screen

- FSP 501 Standards Search – clears the ‘Client’ field when user selects ‘Yes’ in the ‘Default Standards’ dropdown and populates the field with the client acronym when the user selects ‘No’ on the Default Standards dropdown.

- FSP 700 Workflow - confirmation pop-ups are now presented when the user clicks Save to Approve, Reject, or Request Clarification

- Default Standards may not be unlinked when the original FSP or amendment where they were added is in any status other than Draft except in the case of the Admin role. The Admin role can unlink a default standard when the FSP/Amendment where the default standard was added is in Approved status

- The URL to the new MapView start-up script has been added

- The FSP Agent will now check the schema of each submission to confirm that the submission was created using the correct schema version

- Change ‘Delete FSP’ button to read ‘Delete Amendment’ when amendment number is greater than 0

- When an amendment is created online, the entry userid is shown on the FSP 200 Inbox screen in the ‘Submitted by’ column instead of the update userid.

Schema changes:
- Change length for amendmentComment to 4000
- Change length for standardsObjective to 50
- Removed licenseeStandardsRegimeID element - it is not used

Unchecking a R&S in the Op Plan and entering the rationale does not carry the rationale comments over to Roads or Blocks;

2. When applies is checked off in the R&S tab the Comments (Rational) memo field should be greyed out, but currently is active and allows text to be entered;

3. If the first R&S is unchecked and the rationale entered, but there are additional R&S for that objective that do apply once all the being met comments are entered and save is clicked the system will still request comments be entered for the unchecked item (even though they are entered). Going back and highlighting the entered rationale comment will allow the record to be saved, but it deletes all the being met comments;

4. Unchecking a R&S, entering the rationale, running the SP report, going back to the R&S tab (not even closing and re-opening) the Applies checkbox is checked off again (i.e., does not stay unchecked).

The problem with the network switches has been fixed and all servers are back on-line.
Please email Apphelp at FORHISP.APPHELP@gov.bc.ca and let us know if your experiencing any problems.
Thanks Apphelp

We are experiencing network problems on our servers (approximately 16 servers) affecting all reporting capabilities and causing intermittent outages for all MFR applications. We are currently working with WTS to resolve the issue and we do not have an ETA as of yet, but we will keep users posted as soon as we get an update via the bulletin system. So far this has not affected the Genus/GEO applications.
