Oct. 6, 2009 – Minister Bell discusses his upcoming China Trade Mission with China's largest national media network CCTV.  CCTV is visiting Canada to shoot a 12-episode documentary film to promote the 40th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Minister Visits Lignol’s $15-Million BCIT Cellulose Ethanol Project

August 24, 2009 – Minister Bell toured Lignol’s multi-year $15-million biorefinery project located at the B.C. Institute of Technology campus in Burnaby.  Construction of the plant was completed in September 2008 and is one of the few fully integrated cellulosic ethanol biorefinery facilities operating in the world.
