	Minister Michael de Jong presents eagle carving to Chief Fred (Scotty) Holmes of the Upper Nicola Band to celebrate the signing of the $2 million forest and range agreement.
	With elders and Band members witnessing, Minister de Jong and Chief Scotty Holmes sign Agreement that involves more than 200,000 cubic metres of timber over five years.
