Gitga’at First Nation sign province’s first revenue sharing agreement

Pat Sterritt, Chief Councillor of the Gitga’at First Nation and Forests Minister Michael de Jong today signed the province’s first revenue sharing agreement for $1.57 million that will help create new economic opportunities for the northwestern First Nation and increase land-base certainty.
