Authentication Required Prompt

• To logon to a secure ministry site you will be presented with a two field logon prompt.
• The first field being "User:". This will require your domain\userid e.g. idir\jadoe.
• TIP: to type a backslash click the symbol "SYM" key and then click "G".
• Next you need to enter "Password", the same as you use for your office PC.
• Remember your password is a combination of numbers, symbols and upper and lower case letters.
• To type numbers hold down the "Shift" key; to type symbols use the "SYM" key and to type capitals hold down the "CAP" key.
