Depending on the browser you are using, when you are logging on to a secure Ministry of Forests web site you will be prompted for your User Name, Password and Domain with a screen that has either two or three fields to enter.
In a two field security prompt, enter your Domain (BCEID or IDIR) followed by a backslash then your User Name. The slash must be a backslash ‘\’, not a forward slash /.
Enter your password, remembering that passwords are case sensitive.

Note: The above figure shows a person logging on with a BCeID account, IDIR users should enter "idir\username" in the user name field.
In a three field security prompt, enter your User Name, Password then your Domain (BCEID or IDIR).

If you are logged into a Windows 7 machine, you may encounter a prompt like the following:

Where MSHOME is your Workgroup and jsmith is the account you use to log in.
- Select "Use another account"
- Enter the format similar to the two-field security prompt above
(i.e. account name entered as "BCEID\jsmith")
Note: in Windows 7 the domain name (e.g. BCEID) is case sensitive and must be entered in all capital letters
