Requesting Access or Removal

  1. Register and obtain a Business BCeID – For more information, visit: https://www.bceid.ca/ or contact the BCeID Help Desk @ 1-888-356-2741

  2. Register Users – Fill in details for each ECAS user

    • ECAS User Request Spreadsheet XLS Format: is used when registering or removing multiple users. For more information, contact the Help Desk:
      FORHVAP.ECASHELP@gov.bc.ca or at 1-877-356-7666.

    • Access Form: is available below and used when registering a single user.  The form is automatically forwarded to the ECAS Help Desk.
