Billing Operations & Support

The Billing Operations and Support Section is responsible for forest revenue billing and general administrative support for the branch.

Specific Responsibilities

• Budget and financial support
• Human resources support
• Secretarial/administration support
• Helpdesk support and testing for the Harvest Billing System (HBS)
• Helpdesk support and testing for the General Billing System (GBS)
• Data control and mail room
• Running computer jobs and managing high volume printers
• Monitoring and reporting (unbilled scale, etc.)
• Maintaining production records
• Maintaining billing manuals
