VRI Contract Templates

This document is intended to give proponents wishing to issue a VRI ground sampling or photo interpretation contract with a guideline as to the information required to complete the project.

Some important items that need to be modified by the proponent are highlighted in red italics, but the entire document should be reviewed by a proponent to ensure that it meets their needs.

The example document in ground sampling can also be used as an example contract for a ground sampling Tender Package. Tender Packages usually contain:

• An overview map of all of the samples to be established. Typical proponent support to a contractor after a contract has been entered into is shown in section 1.2 of the example contact. Included in this support are sample maps for each of the locations to be sampled. An example is available to download [enter here];
  
  
• Access summaries for each sample, as well as a detailed description of the project requirements (which are/would also stated in this document template).
