Installation

To install VDYP 7 for the first time follow instructions listed on the self-extracting .exe file. Further instructions are provided in Volume 1- VDYP7 Overview (make this linked to document), Section 4: Getting Started.

VDYP7 Console

VDYP7 Console software is included in the install script; however, future work is required to streamline the interface process before it can be applied. Agencies wanting to run attribute adjustments may develop independent tools to execute the process to Ministry of Forests and Range (MoFR) standards. In order to support the process, an attribute adjustment procedures manual will be available to analysts involved in VRI data analyses. These procedures will ensure that the adjusted data passes the strict validation requirements in the VRIMS environment.
