• When the timber supply analysis data package was created, there were a few integrated resource management practices that restricted timber harvesting in this management area. Since that time, practices have changed, with reduced cutblock sizes, requirements for reserve strips between cutblocks and improved compliance with the British Columbia Coastal Fisheries-Forestry Guidelines. A test in the timber supply analysis indicated these changes in practices did not substantially impact the short-term timber supply.
