Dawson Creek Timber Supply Area (TSA)

The Dawson Creek TSA, located in the northeast interior of B.C., covers approximately 2.28 million hectares. The TSA includes the communities of Dawson Creek, Hudson's Hope, Chetwynd and Tumbler Ridge.

The Dawson Creek timber supply area is part of the Northern Interior Region and is administered by the Peace District.

Current Timber Supply Review (TSR)

The current allowable annual cut (AAC) for the Dawson Creek TSA is 1.86 million cubic metres, effective May 1, 2003.

Public input is a vital part of the timber supply review process.  A data package was released on September 16, 2011.  Feedback is welcome on any issues related to the timber supply review for the Dawson Creek TSA.
