Sunshine Coast Timber Supply Area

The Sunshine Coast TSA, located in southwest B.C., covers approximately 1.12 million hectares. The TSA includes the communities of Powell River, Sechelt and Gibsons. The current allowable annual cut for the Sunshine Coast TSA is 1,143,000 cubic metres. 

Current Timber Supply Review

In June  2004, the chief forester postponed the date for the next AAC determination until 2011.
