Fraser Timber Supply Area

The Fraser TSA is situated in the southwest corner of B.C.  It covers approximately 1.4 million hectares and includes the communities of Boston Bar, Hope, Yale, Chilliwack as well as those communities within Metro Vancouver.  The TSA is administered from the Chilliwack Forest District office in Chilliwack.

The current AAC for the Fraser TSA is 1,270,000 cubic metres.

Current Timber Supply Review

In July 2008, the chief forester postponed the next AAC determination to a date prior to August 1, 2014.
