Supply Area (TSA) |

The Revelstoke
timber supply area (TSA) is located in southeastern British Columbia
between the Monashee mountains (to the west), and the Selkirk
Mountains (to the east).
The total area of the Revelstoke TSA
is 527 000 hectares.
It is within the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource
Operations (FLNR) Kootenay Boundary Resource Region, is administered
primarily by the Selkirk Resource District Office –
Columbia Zone office,
located in Revelstoke and is subject to the requirements of the
Revelstoke Higher Level Plan Order (RHLPO).
Current Timber Supply Review (TSR)
The current AAC for the Revelstoke TSA is 225 000 cubic metres, effective
July 28, 2011. This AAC will remain in effect until a new AAC is
determined, which must take place within 10 years of this determination,
unless postponed in accordance with Section 8(3.1) of the
Forest Act.
