Robson Valley Timber
Supply Area (TSA) |
The Robson Valley TSA is located within the Rocky Mountain Trench south of Prince
George to Jasper National Park. It covers approximately 1.24 million hectares and includes
the communities of McBride, Dunster, Valemount and Crescent Spur.
The Robson Valley TSA is administered by the
Prince George District.
Current Timber Supply Review (TSR)
The current allowable
annual cut (AAC) for the Robson Valley TSA, effective August 4, 2006, is
536,000 cubic metres per year. This AAC will remain in effect until a new AAC is determined, which must
take place within 10 years of this determination, unless postponed in
accordance with Section 8(3.1) of the
Forest Act.
