I, Larry Pedersen, Chief Forester, order that, effective on the date section 3 (1) of the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act comes into force, the allowable annual cut for Tree Farm Licence 1 is reduced by 109 000 cubic metres as a result of the reduction in size of the area of Tree Farm Licence 1 under the Nisga'a Final Agreement. This order is rescinded on the date that I next determine an allowable annual cut for the Tree Farm Licence 1 Timber Supply Area under section 8 of the Forest Act.
