The Tree Seed Centre prepares and distributes seed sale and service billings to clients throughout the year, typically on a quarterly basis, and after requests and services are complete. For external clients, invoice statements include request billing details and an explanation of request types and service charges. For internal clients (BCTS and Field Services) journal vouchers include a detailed listing of all applicable charges. Fees for seed sales and services are those shown on the Ministry of Forests and Range Cone and Seed Fee Schedule (Effective July 1, 2003).
