District Office

• Cone and Vegetative Material Collection Permits which were issued under the Forest Practices Code are no longer required under FRPA to collect cones, seed and vegetative material from Crown land. However, persons who cut damage or destroy Crown timber for the purposes of collecting seed must have the appropriate authority prescribed in section 52 of FRPA. For more information please refer to the FRPA General bulletin No. 1.
