Overview - Search

The Search function contains many Search Forms which include combinations of search fields to allow users to perform detailed and specific searches.  The Search contains the following 10 forms:

• Lot Search

• BGC Zone Search

• Client Search

• Client Acronym Search

• Orchard Search

• Nursery Search

• Opening Tenure Search

• Management Unit Search

• Request Workplan Search

• Request Key Search

Searches are useful for locating data in preparation for:

• gathering criteria to complete a Request;

• gathering criteria needed for a Report; or

• research and planning activities

You can access some of the search functions from Requests and Reports by clicking on the Search Icon which is beside searchable fields. Depending on your task, your experience, and what combination of criteria you want to use, doing a Search first may be most helpful.
