Seedlot Usage Report

Use:  

This Report is used to identify the Seedlot amounts used by an Agency during a specified date range.  This report is useful for monitoring the use of an Agency's Lot by other Divisions or Agencies.

Results:

Results display all Seedlots used by a Request Agency.

How to:

  1. Click on the Report tab and select Seedlot Reports and Seedlot Usage Report Submission.

  2. You must enter a date range. This field is mandatory.

  3. You must enter at least one of the following: Owner Agency, Used by Agency, or Specific Lot(s). The more fields you enter, the more specific your report results will be.

  4. Select the Export Format that you wish the results to be displayed in.

  5. Click the Submit button.

  6. This report allows you to view Seedlot usage information.

  7. You cannot update any of the fields on this report. See the mock-up form below for detailed help with criteria to enter data.

If you do not know the Owner Agency, Used by Agency or Lot simply use the button to search for specific data.
