This screen is used to register a Vegetative Lot, which has been collected in an orchard from Parent Trees, in SPAR.
If you would like to register a Vegetative Lot collected from a Natural Stand, please visit Veg Lot Registration-Collection from a Natural Stand.
Results:
A new veg lot is added to SPAR.

The registration of a lot goes through various status changes. To learn more about these, explore the Status Flow diagram.
Important Notes:
When you first enter this screen, you will be presented with only the top two sections of the screen (General Lot Information & Applicant Information). You need to complete these and click the Save Button before the rest of the screen is displayed. If you wish to take a blank copy of the full screen out into the field, you can use the ADOBE PDF Version button. If you wish to print a copy of the screen, click the Printer Version icon.
Ministry Users may enter and update lots within their own Organizational Unit. Note: Ministry Users must have Silviculture Supervisor and Orchard access to perform this function.
Non-Ministry Users may enter and update lots where their client matches the Applicant Client. Note: Non-Ministry Users must have Silviculture Supervisor and Orchard access to perform this function.
