Seedlot Registration - Collection from a Natural Stand (Class B and B+)

Use:	This screen is used to register a Seedlot, which has been collected from a Natural Stand, in SPAR. If you would like to register a Seedlot collected in an orchard from Parent Trees, please visit Seedlot Registration-Collection from Parent Trees.
Results:	A new Seedlot is added to SPAR.
How to:	Click on the action you wish to perform to obtain step-by-step help. Register a brand new lot Update the registration information for an existing lot Submit registration for approval The registration of a Seedlot goes through various status changes. To learn more about these, explore the Status Flow diagram.
	Important Notes: When you first enter this screen, you will be presented with only the top two sections of the screen (General Lot Information & Applicant Information). You need to complete these and click the Save button before the rest of the screen is displayed. If you wish to take a blank copy of the full screen out into the field, you can use the ADOBE PDF Version button. If you wish to print a copy of the screen, click the Printer Version icon. Ministry Users may enter and update lots within their own Organizational Unit. Note: Ministry Users must have Silviculture Supervisor access to perform this function. Non-Ministry Users may enter and update lots where their client matches the Applicant Client. Note: Non-Ministry Users must have Silviculture Supervisor access to perform this function. The latitude, longitude, SPZ and BEC information is verified spatially. If you enter BEC information which does not match that generated by using the Default SPZs button, then you will be required to enter an override.
