This page provides you with some background information about the design of SPAR to help you understand some of the subtle features that can impact you getting the report details you want.

 

 

PDF Format -- Cannot Export the Report

If you are unable to export a report you request in PDF format you should follow the instructions below based on which version of Adobe Reader you use.

 

Adobe 4.0 Reader

 

1.

Go to File / Preferences / General Preferences.

 

2.

Remove the tick beside "Web Browser Integration" in the Options section at the bottom of the screen.

 
     

Adobe 5.0 Reader

 

1.

Go to Edit / Preferences / Options.

 

2.

Confirm "Allow Background Downloading" is selected in the Browser Options at the top of the screen.

 

3.

Deselect any/all of the remaining Browser Options.
