Post FSP Workshop: "Now I have an approved FSP, What's Next or What do I do Now?"

Purpose: The workshop is designed to bring together a number of practitioners who have experience in the implementation of an approved FSP to gather and package learnings that can be shared with others and to identify and to offer recommendations to consider some of the challenges practitioners may experience.

Outputs: Prepared learnings publication to share experiences to date designed for all people working with an approved FSP. Formats include providing a Web based posting of presentations, notes etc., notes and possible powerpoint type presentations etc. These outputs will be compiled by a contractor with editorial assistance from organizational team/facilitators and participants. Results will be also be incorporated into the Volume 2 of the AGFSP and be made available for use by all participants on an as needed basis (i.e. regional MOFR workshops planned for delivery in the new fiscal year)

Dates: March 7 and 8, 2007

Location: Best Western Richmond Inn

Duration: 2 days

Target Audience: Experienced people from industry, government (MOFR, ILMB, MOE, C&E etc.) and BCTS staff who have been dealing with implementing FSP's. I suspect that some of the people we want to invite will be those who participated in the previous learning's sessions (i.e. FSP Jungle sessions held in November 2005).
