Along with providing G&Y educational opportunities and fostering communication, SIGY is a forum for developing and implementing G&Y investment strategies for the southern interior. In addition to identifying local investment opportunities, Co-op strategies identify investment opportunities that produce economies of scale when shared at scales larger than a single management unit. Under direction from its members, SIGY can also build and sustain partnerships to fund and deliver selected large-scale projects. SIGY also helps members apply the Co-op’s strategies within local G&Y investments.
