TIPSY Error Bulletin 4 - Uninitialized variables in TIPSY and BatchTIPSY 3.0 and 3.2

Summary

Uninitialized variables in TIPSY and BatchTIPSY caused the programs to give different answers for the same inputs.

 

Affected Software Version

Any version of TIPSY prior to 3.2b and BatchTIPSY prior to 3.2k.

 

Corrected Software Version

TIPSY version 3.2b and BatchTIPSY version 3.2 k. There were insignificant internal releases of BatchTIPSY 3.2e, 3.2f, 3.2g, 3.2h, i. and j, and TIPSY 3.2a.
