SDMDs for lodgepole pine, white spruce and interior Douglas-fir were published in British Columbia in 1996 by Craig Farnden from the Canadian Forest Service. Further diagrams for coastal Douglas-fir, western hemlock, Sitka spruce, and western redcedar, were produced for Forest Practices Branch by the same author in 1997.
