The Cowichan Lake Conference Centre is adjacent to the research station and is available to the provincial government and others for meetings, workshops, and training sessions, as well as for forest education purposes and to house Ministry work crews. It caters to government groups looking for a secluded location for workshops and retreats, as well as to other groups offering educational courses that would benefit from a rustic yet comfortable setting.

Amenities

Fully equipped meeting rooms with internet access, rustic cabins, and a bunkhouse; will cater to groups of up to 60 adults. The logging camp-style cookhouse is designated as a Forest Service Heritage Building, and has a chef offering three full meals a day.

Rates

Our meal and accommodation rates will be changing effective November 1st/2008.

Today's prices:

Breakfast $15 per person
Lunch $15 per person
Dinner $20 per person
Conference Centre room rental $5 per person per day includes 2 coffee breaks
Overnight stay $25 per person
Partial-day rates are available. Please inquire.

Prices as of November 1st/2008 will be:

Coffee Breaks $6

(still for either one or two per day)
