Dead Tree Web Site

An Information Source for Wildlife Trees, Snags, and Coarse Woody Debris

Dead trees are an important ecological component of forests. This web site can assist you in your search for information about dead trees whether you are looking for introductory information on the role of dead trees or specific information on available research data. While the site is directed to dead trees (standing and down) and their management in British Columbia, we wish to provide general information or access to information about dead trees and their roles to a wider international audience.
