|
- 2009 - Del Meidinger won the Legacy category of the
Premier’s Innovation and Excellence Awards at both the regional and
provincial levels.
- 2007 - Dave Spittlehouse was recognized as the Agrologist
of the Year for 2007 by the BC Institute of Agrologists.
- 2002 - The Association
of BC Forest Professionals grants the Distinguished Forester Award to John
Parminter, for his commitment to the forestry profession in British
Columbia.
- 2000 - The
Association of Professional Biologists of British Columbia grants the
Meritorious Service Award to Andy MacKinnon, for valuable service on the
Board of Directors and to the activities of the association.
- 1996 - The Graphic Designers of Canada grants a top award
for poster design to Carole Leadem for the poster "Secret Life of Tree
Seeds".
- 1995 - The Association of Professional Biologists of
British Columbia grants the Meritorious Service Award to Carole Leadem for
long-standing service on the Board of Directors and numerous other
contributions to the activities of the association.
- 1994 - Canadian Information Productivity Awards Ltd.
(CIPA) grants a Silver Award in the Institutional Category to the Commission
on Resources Environment (CORE) Corp., including Marvin Eng, Don Morgan,
Rick Page, and Bruce Enns for technical support for the Cariboo-Chilcotin
CORE negotiating table.
- 1992 - Brian Wikeem was the recipient of the Agrologist
of the Year Award for 1992.
- 1989 - The Canadian Pulp and Paper Association, Woodlands
Section, grants the Boise Cascade Canada Ltd. Award to Kenneth J. Mitchell,
Robert M. Kellogg, and Kenneth R. Polsson, for their paper "SYLVER: The Link
Between Silvicultural Practices and Financial Return".
